Purchasing Products

Each product on our site has its own dedicated page, featuring a variety of images and occasionally videos. You’ll also find detailed information about available colors, sizes, and materials. You can locate a product page in several ways:

Search: Simply enter the product name or number
in the search bar, and all relevant results will be displayed.

Browsing: Explore our product categories through
the menu to discover product pages for all our items.

 

From the product page, select your preferred color and size, then add the item to your shopping bag.

Once you’ve added everything you want to your shopping bag, follow these simple steps to complete your purchase:

Login or Guest Checkout: If you already have an account, log in, or you can create a new one. You may also proceed as a guest.

Checkout: Provide your personal details and delivery address, review and accept the Terms of Sale, select any gift or
shipping options, and confirm your order details.

Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and submit your order.

After your payment is authorized, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.

 

When your order ships, we’ll send you another email with
tracking details, an electronic invoice (if required), and all relevant order
information.

If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as "unavailable," and you won’t be able to purchase it.

However, please note that even if an item is in stock, it is possible for another customer to buy it before you complete your order — even if it’s already in your shopping bag.

We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic, with no exceptions. However, we cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from other websites or sellers.

Each product page includes a sizing chart with international size conversions to help you find the perfect fit.

Creating an Account & Payment Details

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an
account provides several benefits, including:

  • Tracking your orders and reviewing past purchases
  • Requesting returns or exchanges
  • Saving addresses for faster checkout
  • Managing your account details and viewing order history
  • Creating and saving a wish list

We use your IP address to determine your location and
display the appropriate currency.

Simply click on "Forgot your Password" under the "Login" section and follow the instructions to reset it.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, and various local payment methods.

All transactions on our site are processed securely through our payment provider, ensuring your

Shopify also securely stores your address details, so you
don’t have to enter them every time you shop.

No, all orders and payments must be completed through our secure website.

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to combine it with other orders or add additional items.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received and are processing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you another email with tracking details and an electronic invoice.

more convenient

Delivery & Shipping

You can choose your delivery options at checkout. Typically shipping takes 1-5 days.

We will ship your order only after all payment and delivery details have been approved. Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout
page once you’ve selected your shipping address.

We use UPS and DHL worldwide, apart from the United Kingdom where we use ParcelForce. We may also use an alternative depending on your location.

Please note that any estimated delivery dates or times are approximate, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays.

We deliver worldwide.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items sent to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.

Unfortunately, once an order has been sent, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure you provide the correct address at
checkout.

We use recycled materials to pack each order and ship it in an unmarked box for discreet delivery.

Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once your package has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage when signing for it.

Yes, a signature is required for every delivery to provide proof of receipt. We cannot authorize delivery without a signature, so please ensure you are available to sign for your package.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can also view and track the status of your shipment by logging into your account and selecting the relevant order.

Taxes, Duties & Restrictions

To ensure a smooth delivery, all duties and taxes will be calculated and included at checkout. You should not incur any additional
charges upon the arrival of your goods.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, select our Returns Portal, or navigate to it in the Footer Menu of this website.

Once you are in our Returns Portal follow the instructions.

You may return any item purchased through the Casasola website within thirty (30) days of receiving the products.

Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website (www.casasola.com). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for
items purchased from other websites, our physical stores, or from countries where we do not ship directly.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products:

  • Customized items
  • Underwear, lingerie, sleeping masks, etc., that have been tried on or do not have the hygiene label

Wishlist

You can save any item to your Wishlist for easy access later by clicking the star icon on product or category pages. To view your Wishlist, simply click the Account icon.

You can use the Wishlist without being registered or logged in.

However, if you close your browser, your selected items will be lost. For a more permanent Wishlist, we recommend logging in or creating an account.
