A description of the main characteristics of the Products is contained on the Website and will also be included in our Order
Confirmation, described below.
The price of Products (including delivery and packaging charges) and arrangements for payment are as described in these Terms.

The arrangements for delivery of Products are as shown below.
You have a right of cancellation as set out in these Terms. The language of the contract will be English.

Redeem 10% off your first order when you enter the valid promo code at the shopping cart. This offer is valid on eligible orders placed from 10:00 am BST on 10th August 2021. The promo code only applies to first time orders with no minimum spend. Available online only. This promo code may only be used once per person and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code or offer.

This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Excludes taxes. Discount will be reflected at checkout. No adjustments for prior purchases. Offer excludes selected styles, including the Archive Shop. Erdem reserves the right to change, revise, revoke or modify the offer and these T&Cs at any time and without notice.

Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the Products specified in the order. At the same time, you will complete an authorization for us to recover payments due to us through your credit or debit card. We may accept or decline the order.

Please note that acknowledgment of an order by us does not constitute acceptance of that order or that a contract has been made.

We will confirm acceptance by email, confirming that the order is
accepted and that the Product is ready for dispatch or has been dispatched ("Order Confirmation"), at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We will also provide you with the identifying number (in these Terms the "Identifying Number") for your order, and it would be helpful if you quote your Identifying Number in any subsequent communications.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline to accept any order and/or to supply Products.

This might be due to the Product
being out of stock, an error in the price or description of the Product, or our inability to meet a delivery deadline. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the Product. If you have already paid for the Product(s), we shall refund the payment.

Each confirmed order constitutes a separate contract between us and shall be governed by these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between us in relation to any Products ordered and supplied through the Website. They supersede any other terms stipulated by you, whether in any order, during negotiations, or any course of dealing established between you and us.

All descriptions, images, or illustrations of Products provided on this Website or otherwise communicated to you are for guidance only and intended to present a general idea of the Products. Although we have made
every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors reflects the color of the Products accurately. Your Product may vary slightly from those images.

The prices of the Products shall be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. All prices on the
Website are inclusive of VAT and packing and exclusive of postage/delivery. For items shipped outside of the United Kingdom, VAT will be deducted from the

The prices of the Products are given in both GBP, EUR and other local currencies. Payment for the ordered Products may be made in either
currency.

It is possible that, despite our best efforts, some Products may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your
order so that, where the Product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the Product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as
mis-pricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid, and require the return of any Products provided to you.

Please note that only the following methods of payment are accepted:

• Visa (including Delta and Electron);
• Mastercard (including Maestro and JCB);
• Switch (including Switch Solo);
• American Express;
• PayPal;
• Apple Pay;
• Alipay.

You must pay for the Products before we dispatch them. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the Products to you.

We shall deliver Products ordered by you through a courier or postal service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us.

We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Please note that customs, duty, and import fees (including
tariffs and tax) ("Fees") may apply if your Products are shipped to a
destination outside of the United Kingom. These Fees are included in our delivery charges at checkout.

Please be aware that additional fees or taxes may apply depending on your local laws. These charges are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for covering them.

When a parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be left through your door stating how to get your parcel.

Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery.

If you have requested a specific delivery date (where such option is available to you), we will notify you if it is not possible to deliver on the relevant day and give you a new delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates.

We do not sell products for purchase by children.

If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Right to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel an order for a Product and end your contract with us for any reason within 28 days of receipt.

If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product in accordance with our Refunds Policy.

To end the contract with us, please choose one of the following methods:

Faulty Products

For questions or complaints about the Product, or if your Product is faulty, email clientservices@casasola.com.

If your Product is faulty, you may have a legal right to:

Receive a refund

You have 30 days from receipt to return a faulty Product for a refund.

After 30 days, we will offer an exchange or repair if possible.

If a fault cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund.

Faulty Products must be returned in accordance with the Returns section.

Returns

Ensure products are returned without damage in transit. We recommend using recorded post and retaining proof of postage.

For changing your mind:

Return Products within 14 days of notifying us.

Include a completed Returns Form with your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you cancel your contract in accordance with these Terms, we will refund the price paid, including standard delivery costs, using your original payment method.

Refund Reductions:

We may reduce the refund if the Product’s value is diminished by your handling beyond what is permitted in a shop.

Maximum refund for delivery costs will be for the least expensive delivery method offered.

Refunds for changing your mind will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the Product or evidence of return.

Refunds for faulty Products will be processed within 14 days of agreeing to a refund.
