Shipping
We offer shipping options at checkout. Shipping normally takes 1-5 business days, apart from pre-orders. Import duties and taxes are paid upfront at checkout so that there are no surprise fees to clear customs and receive your goods. Please note that for pre-orders, shipping times vary and are stated on the product pages of each item.
All goods are shipped as soon as they are ready. If you purchase a pre-order item with another non-pre-order item, we will dispatch your non-pre-order item first and create a second shipment for your pre-ordered item.
Returns
We offer easy returns and swaps using our Returns Portal.
We provide shipping labels to make the process as easy as possible. Please note that for pre-orders, we only accept cancellations if the item is faulty. For all other items, we accept returns of unaltered and undamaged items within 30 days of the item’s ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund automatically.
